• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags
• In original packaging, free from marks
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-returnable: Final sale items, intimate wear, earrings, and custom orders.

How to Return

2. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item securely in original packaging
4. Refund processed within 7–10 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Free exchanges on all eligible items. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap.

Damaged Items

Received a damaged item? Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement.
