How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, bank transfer, and JazzCash. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@wrenbyiqra.com or via WhatsApp. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer complimentary premium gift wrapping on all orders. Simply mention "Gift Wrap" in the order notes at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) and 5–7 business days for other areas across Pakistan.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.2,500. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of Rs.250.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website.
